ABS Seals Industries, our belting services can produce PTFE(Teflon) coated,silicone coated fiberglass belts & Hose Pipe. The belts we manufacture can be super smooth, have superior release properties, be tear and crease resistant, feature high dielectric strength, possess anti-static capabilities and many more desirable properties.  We manufacture belts measuring from .5” to 120” in width and lengths dependent on the material and application.  Belt thicknesses range from as thin as .12 (nominal) to as thick as 1 mm (nominal). 

Multiple splicing options are available including Heat Sealed overlap,Straight overlap Splice,Angular overlap Splice,Heat-Sealed Butt,Finger–Splice,Angular Finger–Splice,Fabric Pin Splice,Alligator Splice,Porous Overlap Splice,Leno Splice (Porous),Smart Loop (Bull nose) Splice or Peek Spiral Splice.

We can supply the button belts and profile rope with reinforcement.
